This Airbnb was great. The space was spotless, nicely decorated, and had several additions like snacks, a record player, and games that we enjoyed. Great property.   Central to where we needed to be - lots of stores and restaurants nearby.  The property was as listed.  Comfortable and clean with everything we needed.  Kendra was very responsive.  Great communication.   Look forward to another stay when we are back in the area.

Stayed here with a group and we were all pleasantly surprised—especially our first arrival who gave us the early report via group text: yes, you can hear the trains across the street (as mentioned in another review), but it’s not Blues Brothers-level noise. (And it's a good sign when a former Marine says, "it's cute!") I arrived Saturday and slept in the front bedroom facing the street and wasn’t bothered at all. The house is conveniently located, with easy in-and-out access even if the driveway looks tricky at first. Four true bedrooms make it a great setup for groups. Bathrooms could use better ventilation (long term that might be an issue), but for a short stay, no problem. The host was very responsive and helpful—overall, a solid choice.

Quiet street and had everything we needed. Each room has their own wall unit which was nice to control separately. Street parking was always available.

The Brewer House was perfect for our get-together with my 90-year old mother, and cousin.  It was quiet, and we had everything we need.  The house is within walking distance of downtown Golden, and also it's so easy to drive to many sites in the area.  <br/>I would highly recommend it!
