The parking right in front of the house requires a permit, so best to park across the street where no permit is required. Please Note: One of the bedrooms does not have built-in heating or cooling vents. We provide a space heater to keep things cozy during the winter months. In the summer, the room can warm up a bit during the day, but there is a fire escape door that can be safely opened in the evenings to let in a nice breeze and help cool the space down as well as a ceiling fan. Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.

I definitely want to stay here again! The house is located in such a great place. So many restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance. It’s a fantastic house that was easy to find with ample parking. Also, the house was cozy and the bed was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at Kendra’s home. Perfect location, just a two-minute walk to Broadway with great coffee shops and restaurants, and central for getting everywhere we went in Denver. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking here.
The Home was in a great location and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was great with everything you needed to make a Holiday dinner. It was a spacious home with room to relax. Updated but also had charming features. Kendra was great, friendly and responsive.
We spent 3 nights here and overall really enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and very clean. Being an older home, it had a few quirks like light switches that were in odd places. Certainly not the end of the world though. The beds were comfy, the home temp was good, and there was no shortage of hot water for showers. We enjoyed a few of the local restaurants that were in walking distance. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in other reviews that surprised me was the nearby train that seemed to only blow its horn between 11 pm and 6 am. Having grown up near train tracks, I was fine after the first night. My kids, however, didn’t cope as well. If you or anyone in your group is a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine to help with that. Kendra was a great host and super responsive to our questions. :-)
Loved it here
The neighborhood was great. So many people out and about walking dogs and going to the local coffee shops, and nearby markets. Totally a walkable neighborhood and urban experience. Listed amenities. and great artistic stained glass windows. Many of the houses throughout the neighborhood have some sort of architectural artistry to enjoy. Linens, and bedding were cozy too.
This was a great Airbnb experience. The host got back to us quickly with any questions we had. It was a great place to stay in the neighborhood.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Be Our Guest Housing will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Be Our Guest Housing will match it.
