This building is within walking distance of three beautiful public parks and the Botanical Gardens! Only 10 minutes away from downtown Denver and 5 minutes from the Cherry Creek shopping center full of eateries and boutiques. This home is 100% for guest use and has only a shared laundry space. We are always happy to help in any way we can. Please message or call if you have any questions or concerns! Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, no pets, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit. Please be mindful of check-in and especially check-out times. If you are requesting early check-in or late check-out, do make sure to message us to see if this is possible. We will do our best to be accommodating, but communication is key. Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.

I had a nice stay and the location was nice. For the few small issues that did arise Kendra was super responsive and happy to help.
I absolutely loved staying here this is an absolutely sublime spot. The apartment has several amenities and was the perfect base camp for my extended work trip.
Great location and cozy place to stay for a month. Nice touches like fake plants and lights to create a nice ambiance. Location was perfect. I would stay there again, but just a couple transparent notes to be aware of. We stayed during January so it was very cold and there were problems with the heater being loud at night (understandably, an older building, but nonetheless loud enough to disrupt sleep), so we resorted to turning off the heater altogether and used space heaters - not a huge deal - just more to manage. So be sure to check on this with hosts if you’re staying during colder months. Hosts were responsive and did their best to address - again, an understandable problem that was a larger building issue for maintenance. It seemed the hosts didn’t quite know where utilities were like the breaker box and mail key, so there was lots of back and forth communication which was mildly annoying - again not huge deal - but would expect hosts to know these details that are fairly key.

Perfectly located in the City Park region, near Cherrywood and close enough to Downtown for a cheap uber or a quick 5-10 minute drive. The place was clean, but had to change the bedding since the one used was covered in a lot of lint and loose hair. Luckily, there was spare bedding I was able to change to. I had an issue with the heating, but hosts were responsive and someone was over to take a look early next morning (they asked if I wanted someone over immediately, but said morning would be fine) I really appreciated that, because we got some snow later in the week and the heating was perfect. Although I stuck to parking in the designated spot, there was still parking available on the street when needed. I stood for 6 week, plus asked for an extra day when my next Airbnb destination wasn’t going to be ready. Host quickly accommodated. Kitchen is well equipped: I was able to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home without issue, and even bake lemon bars. Parking in alleyway.
The place was clean and quiet, and had lots of walkable stores and restaurants.
Clayton street apartment is great. Small little place with great restaurants and beautiful city parks close by! Host were always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Be Our Guest Housing will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Be Our Guest Housing will match it.
