Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes to Downtown Denver or the mountains FREE Off Street Parking Nobody above or below this unit There is a fully stocked kitchenette with fridge/freezer/microwave/2 gas burners/countertop oven/drip coffee maker, a smart tv with option to stream on Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video, and a comfy "floating" queen bed with adjustable LED lighting. Please note: this unit is only about 150 square feet total! This studio is 100% for guest use and has no shared spaces. I am always happy to help in any way I can. The heart of this city is a balanced mix of historic charm and modern-day amenities. The vibrant shopping district featuring more than 100 one-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques. The place was very cozy and check-in was essentially seamless. I would absolutely come back a second time!
Had a quick stay and it suited our needs way better than any hotel can. They also had a provided a guide to Aravda local and it was well descripted. Next time I stay near Aravda I will be checking this place for availability. Thank you Kendra!

The stay was exactly as described. Perfect for a solo traveler. It was small, which is adequately described in the posting, but had everything needed for the couple nights stay. Looking forward to booking again in the summer when it’s not too cold to walk around in downtown Arvada!
Such a perfect location for anyone looking to explore Arvada. Just a block from the walkable Olde Town and majestic vistas. Good shopping & access.
Kendra’s place was easy to find, instructions were easy to check ourselves in. The location was convenient and walkable to olde towns The place was very clean, the bed was comfy and so were the pillows. Our only issue was there was only one bath towel for a two person booking, and the heater/ air conditioner did not turn on at all. Not even for a fan. So it got a bit stuffy. Kendra was responsive but given the time we just dealt with it. The freezer needs to be defrosted and cleaned, but all in all we were pleased with our stay.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Be Our Guest Housing will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Be Our Guest Housing will match it.
