I really enjoyed my stay there very clean!
Nice people very accessible
Visited Colorado with my daughter and we stayed at Kendra’s place. We found it to be very cozy and the perfect home away from home. When we first walked in we were pleased with how cutely it was decorated and it smelled great! The bed was AMAZING!!!! Didn’t want to get out once I got in it . Had no problems at all with our over a week stay and will stay again when I come back to Denver. Pros - clean , no weird smells , safe and comfortable Cons- only one and that is no TV in bedroom.

Beautiful apartment super clean had everything my daughter and I needed for our stay. location was perfect close to freeway and restaurants and local stores . Very responsive when we needed help or had questions. We would definitely recommend and will book again in the near future. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautifully furnished with a great sense of style — from the comfortable furniture and tasteful decor to the little details that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out exploring. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, yet just a short walk to public transportation and great local restaurants. It was also super easy to get into downtown Denver. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Be Our Guest Housing will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Be Our Guest Housing will match it.
