Very quick to respond. Really happy with the location. Loved waking up and having a cup of coffee on the deck from the top unit and watch the sunrise or go for a walk around the trail a block away. Very peaceful and serene. .
Overall a great stay we had everything we needed and felt comfortable the whole time.
The house was perfect for the four guests. Spacious, parking was great. Quiet neighborhood with a view of the surrounding neighborhood. Easy access to major freeways.

We stayed here bc I ha 2 eye surgeries at the Mile High Eye Institute. Our first rez was cancelled 2 hrs before we arrived bc something (heater?) broke and Airbnb had to relocate us. They sent us this 3 bedrm/2 bath for the same price (the other one was a small 1 bdrm/bath further away. This place is set back from the street, has ample parking front and back and was very clean. Its up on a hill and you can look over and up another hill to Westminster. Had one issue- the shower curtain would not stay up and when I reported it the maintenance man responded immediately. Very happy with our stay!
Overall we had a good stay, but there were a couple issues, mainly with the cleaning. The place appeared clean at first glance, but we did notice several missed details such as leftover trash, debris, dirty surfaces, and a few spills that could have been addressed with a more thorough cleaning. That said, the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and quick to engage maintenance and even the owners when issues came up, which we really appreciated. They also apologized and promised to address the cleaning issues with their team, stating it was not up to their typical cleaning standards. The neighborhood and nearby neighbors looked a bit rough, but we didn’t experience any problems.
The house is very good and would recommend. It provides everything needed for a stay and felt like home.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Be Our Guest Housing will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Be Our Guest Housing will match it.
