Great host and great place to stay, will book again
This was a perfect house for our family. The fenced-in grassy yard was especially nice for toddlers. The adjacent patio with a gas grill was great for the adults. The location, right on the clear creek trail, with a very short walk downtown, couldn’t be better. Parking for all three cars was easy. The view across the street is the Coors facility and some new construction with mountains/mesas looming above. Though not a classic nature view, it was all quite tidy and provided a lot of interest. The bathrooms and laundry room were in pristine condition. The living room was comfortable for a large group with very cushy chairs and couch. The bedrooms were well laid out, one downstairs being especially spacious with a good quiet workspace. The kitchen was clean and functional but is ready for an update. Overall we spent a very comfortable week in a beautiful town.

Great spot. Awesome location and walkable to everything in town!
Great house, plenty of space and large yard. Easy walking distance to downtown Golden.
It was a great stay
Great House, Great Host, walkable to olde town Golden! Would stay again!
We loved our stay in this home. It's beautifully laid out. Very clean and within a couple minute walk to downtown and dozens of things golden offers. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made our stay fantastic. While there we had friends over. We were able to host family and friends in the beautiful private backyard and in the house with use of the well-equipt kitchen and outdoor grill. I highly recommend this home.
There was a planned power outage in the area due to fire risk and high winds. Of course, that’s smart. We are from out of town and didn’t know about it. The host should have known and let us know before we even got there. They didn’t let us know anything about it. Our power went off, as planned by the electric company in the morning. We were in the dark and in the cold overnight when it was freezing outside. Our host didn’t make any effort to get us good information or offer us as much as a flashlight. This should be a one-time thing. Otherwise the place would have been fine and we could have had a fine stay. Although our host was unresponsive management with Airbnb did take excellent care of us as we moved to a hotel.
This home was cozy and quaint for our short stay!
