Good location and host was good..
Definitely put this one on our favorites list. Perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas with our family in Broomfield. What looks like a busy road isn’t. Quiet! Close to highway 36 and easy to get places. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience!
It was a wonderful and upkeep home. I enjoyed the stay and they did their best to accommodate us in the best way possible. Will definitely be looking into another stay sometime!

Good location and host was good..

Great accommodations, our company had a project in Denver, the house was awesome and we had everything close by.
Our stay was very comfortable and spacious for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The only issue we had was the key pad to enter the house did not work when we returned one evening. We called for help and they answered our call immediately and helped us back in the house within 5 mins. It was not a big deal and I was actually surprised at how responsive they were. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Great place to stay, very comfortable
The house was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. They even reached out to us after check in to make sure we were getting settled in ok. We really enjoyed the games downstairs. My kids and I stayed up late and had so much fun! I would definitely recommend staying here.
Very comforting and welcoming home ! Had more than enough room and space for all of our guests , utilities and all were super helpful . Was kept very clean , had no problems whatsoever and would definitely stay here again ! Very much recommend .
Don’t overlook this Westminster gem! The location is on a Main Street but less than 5 mins to Hwy 36. We stayed here while we moved our son in to CU from out of state. We got in very late and it was wonderful to come to a clean, organized house. There was even creamer and starter coffee for the next morning! The house is very close to any and all shopping and just over 20 mins to CU (even on move in weekend!) The host was proactive and easy to work with. The small backyard was quiet and great for morning coffee and the basement level was perfect for my family of 4 to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Be Our Guest Housing will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Be Our Guest Housing will match it.
