There are no shared spaces whatsoever, but there is potential for guests to be in the unit above this space. You probably won't ever see them, as you have a private entrance in the garage where you can park and you have a private patio out back as well. Always available via phone. Please note that the AC/heat is controlled from the upper unit. They try to keep it comfortable at all times, but please let me know if you need it adjusted and I will reach out to them. You can also close/open the vents to control how much heating/cooling comes through. Since this is a basement unit, there is potential to hear noise from the upstairs (ie walking around, voices) Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper products/cleaning supplies/toiletries after starter pack runs out.
