Also super convenient to Colorado School of Mines, breweries, restaurants & shops. It's also a scenic drive to RedRocks, Denver, Boulder, ski resorts, BlackHawk casinos, Rocky Mtn. National Park, airport, etc

Spend a few days, a week, or more as you discover Golden, Colorado, 'Where the West Lives' Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Golden has something for everyone- nature walks, museums, shopping, skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, riverboarding, amusement park, farmers market, outdoor concerts, art festivals and more! Tours are available at the Coors Brewery as well as at numerous historic sites dating from pioneer days.

Golden is very bike-friendly! Lots of paths and easy to get around. The house is also super walkable to most of Golden's attractions. A car is recommended for trips outside of Golden.

Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit. 

Please be mindful of check-in and especially check out times. 
If you are requesting early check-in or late check-out, do make sure to message us to see if this is possible. We will do our best to be accommodating, but communication is key.

Kendra has provided everything you need. 
I think it would be a cold place in winter but there are many heaters provided.

However, first night I got locked out do to the door electronic lock thing running low batteries and refusing to unlock. Had to call the after hours number, they didn't come to fix the batteries until noon the next day. They have a large bug infestation at the moment. I've lived in Colorado for a long time, and even if the weather is weird this year, that is no excuse to having to wake up to bugs crawling on you and finding bugs everywhere. I stayed here because I was getting Married in Golden ans wanted to sleep closer to our venue. Next time I would rather spend the extra money on a hotel bug free. I have so many pictures of the bugs here." (6/5)
