Golden is very bike-friendly! Lots of paths and easy to get around. The house is also super walkable to most of Golden's attractions. A car is recommended for trips outside of Golden.
Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.

We really enjoyed this little place. It is an old home and comes with those little quirks but that’s what makes it so unique. The WiFi never worked. She did send someone to look at it but that issue never got resolved. We didn’t stay in the house much. We were too busy being outside and enjoying the location. The house was in a perfect spot to visit Red Rocks, Rocky Mountain NP, Pikes Peak and downtown Denver. Perfectly priced for us as it was basically used to sleep. We walked all Over Golden from the house and it was perfect. Kendra was responsive to everything I asked. I definitely recommend this little gem. We will stay again!
It was a great stay, amazing host.
The Retro Retreat is a well taken care of, cozy, cute and spacious house! The house is easy to find, in a great location, walking distance to downtown, and is in a quiet area. It’s a very comfortable house that has all the amenities you would ever need. Very much appreciated the care put into the house and the communication to make guests feel the most comfortable in their stay.
